Formed in 1987, CJ Cook Limited are well experienced in the building and construction profession and have created some fantastic projects for clients throughout Yorkshire. We specialize in house builds, timber frame house builds, conversions, renovations, extensions, loft conversions, design service, free quotes and advice.
This Kitchen and Utility extension enabled our client to use the space more productively as a Dining-Kitchen area, bringing the living space together nicely. Large sliding patio doors, and additional Velux windows allow plenty of light into the previously dark kitchen and allow a natural flow into the outside patio area.
Our client wanted to develop their kitchen and outside space to create a flowing dining/kitchen/patio area for their young family to spend time in. Th Galley Kitchen was extended across the back of the house and opens out onto the patio and garden. Inside, the living room opens out on the kitchen to give an open-plan feel, with great feeling of light and space.
