We bought 4 beds and were unsure of when we were moving into our new home. So days etc for delivery were constantly being changed by us.
The staff were absolutely amazing!
The service was outstanding!

Had 2 beds delivered. And paid extra for them to be brought into my property.
There delivery guys scratched my floors , my walls and took chunks out of my plasterboard wall taking beds up my stairs.
I complained straight away and they email me saying that is could have been done at anytime and not by the drivers. And not liable.
Absolutely shocking customer service after I'd paid extra for them to damage my property. And then denying it. Very angry about it
I wouldnt touch this company. They are dodgy.

Lucy was really helpful. Beds were much better value for money than anywhere else I had looked. Brought two beds. Delivery was when expected and delivery drivers were really friendly :)

I've bought a number of beds and mattresses from UC Beds in Rhyl for our caravan, our own house and our daughters have bought from here. You get amazing value and quality for what you pay and the Customer After Care service was brilliant for us, my daughter had slight damage when goods arrived nothing major but Debbie from UC Beds was amazing. Even with COVID problems Debbie made no fuss and ordered a new headboard, phoned us when it arrived to arrange delivery, phoned that day saying it was on the van then to tell us it was 15 minutes away absolutely brilliant.
