The proprietor originally quoted for a replacement door spring unit, but when he arrived and surveyed the work, he told me he only needed to replace the cables, which was cheaper, and that I was better off keeping the original spring unit because it was otherwise better quality than replacements. I appreciated his honesty in this regard.

I phoned for advice as my garage roller door wouldn’t open or respond to the remote. After my description of the problem. They advised me of solution which worked by highlighting the fault. Being a local company I walked up the road,visited and purchased an inexpensive part which got my door working again. Excellent and very friendly helpful service !
