A major disappointment, plumbing still not working correctly 1.5 years after finishing £1200 of work, radiators get hot when it's just the hot water that is turned on!!
They've been back several times, scratched their heads and tried different things but still not working.
Dealing with Dan is a nightmare. He makes promises which he does not keep, he does not return calls and ignores texts.
They are nice enough people when they do come back but I would not recommend them due to quality of work and lack of responsiveness.
I wish I had not paid them fully.
