We have been trading as a large, high volume fabricator supplying from our factory in County Durham in the North East of England for many years now, supplying the large DIY chains, trade and direct to the public. Over the years we have traded online via several websites, but as our business has grown, a decision was made to amalgamate our websites into one.

Ordered a garden building from ATT. We were very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. All the people we dealt with, Michael, the sales representative, the lady who scheduled the delivery and installation and the installation team, were all professional, helpful and friendly.
The Garden Building itself is just what we were we were looking for and now look forward to kitting it out over the next few months to have it ready for summer.

Ordered bespoke windows from ATT and we're absolutely delighted with them. We created a holiday accommodation lodge from an old static caravan and replaced all the windows and added patio doors. We are right on the coast in Scotland and so suffer with salt and sand.... These windows are perfect as the fittings are stainless steel. Brilliant to deal with right from the start, nothing too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Really poor company to work with they delayed orders time and time again. Not only that, the craftsmanship and effort that are put into the product is nothing short of embarrassing. Some screws on door hinges come pre-rounded off and cross threaded making it very hard to make appropriate adjustments as the doors do not readily fit the frames provided, the screws themselves are soft and obviously cheap because they themselves round off very easily from a screwdriver and I am not an clueless amateur. Some doors come better constructed than others but also they haven't taken the time to tighten everything

I recently had some Aluminium Bifold doors and a SkyPod delivered for my extension project and i cannot fault the quality one bit. I ordered over the telephone with the sales guy who explained their lead time had increased which was understandable given the current climate and this was not really an issue for me. I was contacted 3 weeks after i placed the order to notify me of a delay with one of the deliveries from their supplier and this could potentially delay my order a little however the delivery came within the lead time i was given. Both items were pretty easy to install but i did struggle

We have recently had a home office built and installed by ATT Fabrications and it is just perfect. From start to finish their service was outstanding and the finished building is of very high quality. We researched the product for sometime and finally settled on ATT due to their helpful nature and the fact that it was a very uncomplicated ordering process. There was the option to customise the build but we decided to go with an off the shelf option and we are really pleased we did. I've bought 4 x sets sliding patio doors (2 x standard size, 2 x custom size).
I'm delighted -the price and quality seem unbeatable.
The delivery time is generally a bit over stated time scale on website- but hey- there is a pandemic (and delivery is free!!!!).
After sales was good too, needed to change a handle and it was no trouble.
They have saved me a lot of money compared to the local company that I got a quote from :-)

Very poor after sales service - well non-existent to be honest My bi-fold doors were installed a few weeks after delivery. My installer found the threshold strip to be dented and bent and there was a gouge in the door frame (which was covered by a Eurocell protective sticker). The response to my email claimed it must have been damaged in transit and I should have reported it sooner. I explained that I stored the item in it's original packaging prior to installation. I was then told the items could be replaced at my cost!!!!
