Our trucks have separate compartments for sand, stone, cement and water. The materials are mixed on site to produce the required amount of concrete and eliminate waste that saves customer time and money. On-site mixing allows us to produce a fresher, stronger and more functional concrete that customers love compared to "hot" barrel loads.
On-site mixing also allows us to be more beneficial to customers who carry out smaller surface projects due to the lack of waste compared to barrel trucks with higher minimum meters. It also eliminates problems with manual mixing. Each concrete component (sand, cement, water and admixtures) is in a separate compartment.
The cement is stored in a closed, waterproof container behind the aggregates. The water is in front of the aggregates. Admixtures are stored on the side of the truck and are integrated into the system. After loading the storage containers, the operator sets the "strike-off" gates and locks them to the desired specifications.
