Excellent service. We have used this local store not only for home carpets, but also to have mats made for our Motorhomes. The finishing (bindings) have been exceptionally neat, and the turn around times were extremely quick. Polite, friendly and professional. Good advice when choosing as there are so many considerations to take into account (wear, easy cleaning etc). Competitively priced and highly recommended.

So very pleased with our Karndean flooring fitted by expert and very professional fitters. This was a particularly difficult fitting on a narrowboat but the result is amazing and we cannot fault it. Andy and Luc were considerate, unintrusive and trustworthy, completing the job with minimal disturbance and mess. Well done ! Thank you.

I had my carpet fitted by these guys yesterday for the first time and I can not recommend them enough, they disposed of my old carpet, shaved my doors down as they wouldn’t fit due to the thickness of my new carpet and even hoovered up after themselves. The quality of the carpet is amazing and definitely worth every penny. I’m a extremely happy customer who will be returning in the new year. Well done guys.

Yet to be fitted but extremely confident that the job will be as fantastic as the service has been.
I have made several visits to the shop and spoke with probably the majority of staff who have all been extremely patient and helpful as I was in a whole world of carpet confusion.
The fitter has been out twice and confirmed all aspects of the job with me and again, was very patient and informative.
Just placed my order after having been offered at a discount rate elsewhere but due to the very high level of service I am more than happy to go ahead with this company.

Highly recommend this lovely family business. Delighted with every aspect of the process. Our lounge/dining room, hall, stairs and landing look fantastic. Phil couldn't have been more helpful and honest helping me with my final choice. Fitting was excellent, Darren, Ash and Callum were extremely efficient, friendly and tidy. Lisa and Debbie who work in the office/shop were also extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Their cutomer service is second to none. Our only regret is that we didn't know about the company sooner. Will be ordering bedroom carpets from them in the new year. Many thanks
