Igloo came to move a radiator from one wall to another to enable a wall to be knocked through. From the first phone call, through to multiple emails, they were responsive and helpful. When the engineer (Dez) arrived he was hardworking (on a really, really hot day), polite and made sure I was happy with every detail. Would definitely recommend and use Igloo again.

After moving into a new house about 3 years ago, I needed some repair work on the plumbing. I found Igloo around that time and I've been using them ever since.
The price is incredibly competitive, both owners are a joy to speak to and I honestly could not recommend them enough.
I plan on turning my flat into a rental while I move away but I'll be sure to ask letting agents to forward any plumbing / heating work to Igloo, they're that trustworthy.

My partner has used Igloo for a few years to service his boiler and have some other gas work done at his house and we were very pleased with how Matt works; on time, efficient and reliable, so when I needed a new boiler & radiators, I was confident in using Igloo for this job. Along with the new boiler, fitted in a different position in the house, I also had a couple of new radiators, the recommended ’power flush’ for the existing radiators and a magnetic filter fitted to the new boiler. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. The communication with Natalie has been exceptional. Responding

I contacted Igloo after the plumbers I used last year failed to respond. Natalie replied quickly, Matt turned up on time on the day for the boiler service, was very quick and efficient with his work, and left it nice and tidy. Id say it was faultless, and will be using them again next year. Thank you!

“If you have any hesitation of using Igloo then don't. We had all the major big names come and quote and decided to give a local tradesman a chance also.
I picked them has they had the highest rating at the time on Checkatrade. What a decision! Matt (and Natalie in the office) are both on the ball.
Communication spot on, time keeping second to none and the workmanship some of the best and tidiest I have seen. Full system out and in, 4 days. Working fully. We are extremely happy with Igloo and have no hesitation in recommending
