Excellent service, quality, price and workmanship. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Called at factory with one of my old patio vertical slat, ordered replacements, 2 days later they were ready for collection. Short time after ordered some more same service. Would recommend them without hesitation and will certainly use again.

Very very poor customer service. Providing a product that the customer has not requested and is left with a product that is not sufficent. When dave was advised by me that the product was not what I wanted, being told you are a liar and nothing he can do is not what a customer should receive. Very very poor quality and does not even provide a receipt. Poor people skills and i would advise everyone to avoid buying from this company.
