At Technical Drain Solutions we provide the ultimate solutions to your drainage problems - just as our name suggests! We set up our company with a view to providing a locally established business with the provision and professionalism of a national establishment. We are based in Essex although we carry out work on nationwide basis.
Whilst it won't be possible to avoid every drain emergency, it is possible to lessen the chances of something nasty or undesirable happening. A comprehensive and well-planned preventative maintenance contract for your drainage systems can help you to protect your property and business from unnecessary damage and disruption, and help limit the costs associated with clearing up after a disaster.
We do not levy a 'call-out charge' or pass on travel times - only the time on site is charged. Remember, with PPM contracts, there could be no charge at all! If you have a blockage or other issue, we will attend site as soon as possible and assess the situation. We can then seek to action an appropriate response which will serve to mitigate the effects of whatever we have come across.
A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions within the space or nearby (e.g. Using special breathing and escape equipment, harnesses and constant gas detectors, our teams can carry out work safely and efficiently.

Someone just catcalled me from a Technical Drain Solution van on Holloway Road about 10minutes ago. Why do they think this is acceptable? I'm sure it's not the reputation you want your company to be getting, so please have a word with your staff and check they know how to be a decent human being. (For the record, it wasn't the driver, it was the person sat in the passenger seat by the window. Would very much appreciate it if this vile man could learn to understand that women are human beings too). Thanks a lot.
