A brilliant friendly service, I highly recommend.

It's Christmas Eve and we suddenly had an issue with our trip switch. After ringing 5 other numbers Ian answered. Nothing was a problem for him and even made the special effort to come in and help us out. A couple of hours later and he had it sorted. A true gentleman and made us feel at ease. I would highly recommend his services...all done with a smile on his face. There are heroes and he is certainly ours today. Thanks again Ian.
