We previously had a blind fitted by this company, the service we received was excellent
We went back to them for another two blinds, unfortunely there was a minor issue with the blinds that were fitted
We contacted the company via phone and were immediately given a time and date for someone to inspect the blinds
They agreed that the issue I had raised would have to be rectified
The issues raised were resolved very promptly
I would throughly recommend Shadow Blinds

Worse blinds we have ever bought, gave up complaining, they tried to be nice but never solved the problem, should have been told by them at the very beginning that the blinds we bought (composite wood) that they were far too heavy for our windows.
Paid a lot of money for blinds that were changed twice and the last lot not being the original order, which was 50 mm blinds and they put up 35mm.
I would honestly never recommend them to anyone, I have now had to spend twice the money, as I had to get other blinds from another company.

Had a few companies out for quotes. Went for shadow blinds as their Venetian blinds were of a better quality. You could feel the difference in the metal. Not as cheap as val u blinds (the lady in their showroom was very dismissive, the lady in shadow blinds was very good) but you get what you pay for. Sales man was not pushy which we liked.

This company are okay, but had a few issues regarding both the blinds I have ordered my vertical blind was paid for and fitted to discover I had a flaw in one off the slats, got someone out for them to say they ordered the wrong slat weights. And said they would be out to fit new ones, still nothing but guy came out for replacement for one slat for it to not match the weights at the bottom off the rest off slats. And very floppy
Also only phoned for a quote and they pushed the sales on you.
Then my Venetian blind in my kitchen was fitted two days later it wouldn't open phoned to complain guy
