Very dissapointed with the very poor communication from Chapel Flooring. Work has been completed (in 2 seperate sessions weeks apart due to poor communication) almost 2 months ago.
Original invoice had carpet removal and furniture moving on, which I ended up doing myself due to their poor communication and day changes, lack of floor supply etc. I am awaiting for this to be amended in order to settle final Invoice (having paid 50% deposit ahead of the job, and £700 to the workers on the day). I sent on 27th October, listing my frustration and requesting a final amount to pay. I have followed up

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Wooden block flooring not fitted properly phoned numerous times visited shop asking for floor to be fixed, possibly relaid but they are not interested no response. Materials are good workmanships extremely poor. I am going to have to find another trades person to fix the problems.

Fantastic service all round. Tony gave us excellent advise on the type of Karndean that would suit the downstairs of our home. The fitter was very professional arrived on time polite and did a fantastic job. Have now ordered new carpets for the rest of the house! Thank you Chapel flooring! As a returning customer it’s such a shame not being able to buy my carpets from a local private business but despite coming out to measure up and then visiting the showroom, calling and leaving messages I still have not even had a quote, reply or any response (several months on). Used twice before with big orders over previous years and thought I’d get great service from an independent but sadly not. Disappointing.

Courteous knowledgeable and friendly service in the showroom , Tony the owner came out and measured so we didn’t have the headache of getting it wrong ! Their fitters Andy (who fitted the wall tiles) and Graham (karndean flooring) were both professional and did a fantastic job , leaving everything clean and tidy ! No hesitation In recommending Chapel Flooring , which I have done many times ! well done Tony and team 😊
