Services
Mid-Cornwall Roofing Contractors, having remained a family business, was established over 40 years ago and is one of the longest running roofing solutions companies in Cornwall which enables us to offer a substantial amount of expertise in the trade with one of the company directors being a qualified NVQ assessor.
We are recognised and liaise well with the local planning authorities and conservation authority acknowledging their requests and are able to satisfy these by offering suitable options to our clients whilst as with all of our suggested options and quotes realising the importance of each individual budget and suiting accordingly through highly competitive rates.
Speaks for itself being a premium product offering long lasting natural attraction, it allows usage of random widths in diminishing courses with the bespoke sizes creating a truly unique appearance and being a natural product weathers superbly.
It seems like your eaves are missing or broken in areas. There are 2 ways of dealing with this problem. You can install plastic eaves trays beneath your existing 1st course of slate, or your roof needs to be stripped out in a 'v' section to allow access for new slate eaves to be reinstated to your roof.

I don’t think i could call a company professional when it abandons it’s unroadworthy vehicles, I’m referring to the white Peugeot van, reg no LY53 HJX, that has no MOT & has been left at Trelawney Close Bodmin. Also the extremely poor state you have left the once grassy area you used as a dumping ground & have made no attempt whatsoever to put right

Terrible company to deal with. They do not turn up when expected and when they do, only half a day's work in undertaken. Multiply the time given to complete by at least 5 and you will still be left with an uncompleted roof, rain pouring down internal walls and in a much worse state than before they started. The only reason this company can still be trading is because they ask you to pay in instalments and then never return to complete the mess they've made.

Substandard work. Left with hazardous waste weeks on end yet to be removed. Having to seek legal route for resolution as no replies or contact. Wished I’d researched more carefully before employing this company. My opinion is to AVOID!
