Bad experience - Had great faith in Steve at the start and paid him £22,600 to supply and install a main bathroom and ensuite (not including the cost of all the tiles as we bought the majority ourselves) Unfortunately things did not go as planned and we have been left with several issues including wrong products installed & damaged products installed, so much for the 10 year guaranteed promised.............. Works have now been outstanding for over 2 years, to say we are disappointed is an understatement, will be starting court proceedings shortly.

We cannot recommend Alfred Fraser Bathrooms and Tiles more highly.
From the moment we visited the showroom, we were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Steve Cash.
He throughly discussed and appreciated our individual needs and designed two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet refurbishment specifically for us.
The building work and installation was second to none. Steve’s team of workmen Tony, Mike and especially Rob and Gary were exceptional.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional , discussed every detail with us and made excellent suggestions that we had not considered. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the whole installation process seamless, it flowed like a dream.
Our sincere thanks and admiration for the whole team for such an exceptional installation based on professionalism, knowledge, cost, time scale, cleanliness, punctuality, reliance, expertise and great guys.
If you need a new bathroom, look no further, you will not be disappointed .

Very impressed with the work carried out, couldn't recommend more highly. Great from start to finish, Steve was great with the design and advice given. We felt confident in the service provided, Gary and Rob with the removal and fitting were brilliant. Really nice guys and very professional. Built to the highest standards. We Love our new bathroom and looks even better than originally designed!

We've had two en-suites completed by Alfred Fraser Bathrooms and couldn't be more delighted with the end result. They exceeded our expectations in terms of design, we had a long tick list not really expecting it to be met but they added a few ticks to it!! The fitter assigned to us was a true craftsman and any problems met along the way (which do happen with a property over 150 years old) were resolved and some even turned into features!

Showroom was closed when advertised as open on website and on shop door. Called and arranged for a visit to design and quote, guy came round and discussed options then measured up the bathroom. He took details away and said he would call when he had designed it on his computer. Over three weeks later and they have not called back or made any other contact. As they did not make contact I arranged a quote with a more reliable company who designed, quoted and arranged a start date all within a week.
