Started using Titan Solihull for a small business around 5/6 months ago and have had such a good experience. All the staff, but in particular, Karis have been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

My unit was flooded two weeks ago. I wasn’t told until 3’ days later there was considerable damage and much of my belongings had to be thrown away. I spent 3 hours cleaning it out and reboxing my belongings… with no support from Titan.
I returned this Saturday and more wet ceiling tiles had fallen because they haven’t been returned. But guess what- mu invoice has appeared! Disgusting service. No reply from my emails

Titan Storage provide a good service with a fantastic 50% off for first 2 months. Payments are taken on the same date every month rather than 4 weekly like many other companies. During shopping around for our storage unit we noticed fair prices. Friendly and helpful staff, good communication via email and telephone. Shirley branch is in a good and convenient location.

Having not stored furniture for some time we were delighted how professional Chris and the team were. They also advised us of what actual size of facility we needed and when we reduced the storage we were able to reduce the size of our unit and cost. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. I was most impressed, the service all through has been most professional. The place itself is spotlessly clean, very bright and airy with a large car park access is easy with trollies available right by the door. Everyone is very polite and nothing seems to be too much.
I recommend without hesitation.
