Genuinely one of the best services from any company I have used. We needed ducting of a particular spec last minute for next day delivery, and this guy went above an beyond to get it to us. They didn't have it in stock, but gathered it from other depots to get it to us. Kept us up to date with phone calls all the way. Was seriously impressed

I found Cotterill on google search. I wrote an email explaining that I needed Soakaway crates for my self-build project. Cotterill and the team were very understanding and helped me in every way possible. From start to finish the team made sure I had everything I needed and made it very easy, which I greatly appreciated. I took delivery of the crates yesterday as planned. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful, assisting with unloading a truck load by hand!

My enquiry and purchase from Cotterill Civils was for 38 meters of slot drains to go beside a swimming pool and I knew nothing about slot drains except that they seemed to be very expensive. Absolutely first class service. We needed to get a sewage treatment plant urgently as we were moving house and our existing system didn’t comply. Cotterill had one in stock at a reasonable price and had it delivered halfway across the country to East Kent in two working days. Very helpful delivery driver assisted us with unloading.

I have been buying land drainage pipe from Cotterill Civils for a few years now. As a farmer I mostly use the coils of land drainage and the twin walled pipe, both of which are the best quality pipe that we have used on the farm.
