Eagle security solutions installed a new house alarm system for me, the gentleman I spoke with in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful, the installation itself was carried out professionally, the engineer was very pleasant and took his time to explain the operation of the system to me in details. The engineer left me the user guide and the copies of the installation papers with the company's contact details on a sticker. Would gladly recommend.

I would caution anyone from using this company. From looking at the Google reviews after they visited my property, I was surprised to see 5* reviews posted by not only the engineer who attended my job, but also from his wife (Francisco Branco & Rosa Branco)! As such, I would personally not rely on any of the 5* reviews to be genuine given two of the eight 5* reviews are certainly fake. The remaining 6 reviews are all very dissatisfied customers leaving 1* reviews! Please take care when considering this company, I wish I had known this before allowing them to touch my alarm system.

Being a small business myself I went out of my way to look for a reputable local business to support with my custom. Initially David and Francisco were falling over themselves to be helpful in getting my intercom system in place in the short lead time that I gave them. I had to block my work diary and therefore lose money on at least four occasions to accommodate the many visits whilst they sorted out missing and non-functioning parts. Firstly i wish there where more stars to choose because the service was fantastic. Quick response to emails. Questions answered clearly and the installation date within 10 days. The installation was fast and efficient and involved me in the decision making process. System easy to use.
