H & M Craftsmen was formed in 1987 and under the watchful eyes of David and Grace Metcalfe and has earned a first-class reputation. We are based in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, and our showroom features an extensive range of kitchens, bedrooms and home studies. When you visit us we'll sit down with you and get to know what you really want.
At H&M Craftsmen we pride ourselves on being able offer a wide range of styles and finishes, from modern handle-less gloss kitchens to traditional character oak kitchens. We manufacture all of our carcases to order, meaning we can make any size and shape units to combat those tricky non-standard areas.

Each element of our In-Frame kitchen is hand-crafted to order in our workshop in Ingleton using the finest materials, showing off our craftsmen's' outstanding attention to detail. We use oak carcases and beautiful oak dovetail drawer boxes. You can choose from a variety of finishes, from the best quality character oak to a hand painted finish with a colour from your favourite colour chart.
Our bedroom collection presents you with the very best in choice, quality and workmanship. Take your pick from our extensive range of the finest quality, colour-coordinated cabinets and doors. We offer a large range of finishes from our vinyl range, to bespoke made in any timber or paint colour you would like.

H & M Craftsmen have built and fitted some excellent bedroom wardrobes for us. We cannot fault any aspect of their work. The wardrobes are beautifully made and of very high quality. The service was always very helpful; nothing was too much trouble. We were always kept fully informed and the project was completed to the agreed timescale. I would heartily recommend H & M Craftsmen.

I totally recommend H & M Craftsmen. The service and help from everyone has been first class, from the patient email consultations and design suggestions (due to Covid) to the end product, the whole experience has been exemplary. The fitted bedroom furniture is beautiful, the fitters were totally professional, they came on the dates they said they would and were polite and tidy. I absolutely love the final result!! definitely 5 stars!

We're currently having our kitchen designed and fitted by H & M Craftmen. There service has been excellent. They were really helpful during the design process and by using their management services there is very little for us to do as they have arranged all tradespersons. Their cookshop is amazing too. Highly recommended.

I have just had a kitchen designed and fitted by H&M and they have done a fantastic job from start to finish. I am over the moon, and the fitters are expert at their trade. Sarah has been extremely patient with me changing my mind throughout . I would highly recommend H&M and will use them for other rooms too, Thank you to everyone at H&M.
