AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Terrible customer service, not 1 phone call in 12 weeks to let me know what was happening with my order. I was promised the manager would be in touch but every time I called back I was told she was too busy. Their internal communication is a disgrace. I eventually asked for a refund which the young girl did very politely to be fair but with no apologies at all. Am now dealing with Apollo Blinds in Clydebank who have been brilliant.

Level of service and lack of conmunication between themselves is an utter disgrace i ordered blinds on the second of september and finally they managed to get it right on the 4th of november !!!! No discount or compensation for their total incompetence..... altho i would say a huge to richard for taking ownership.

Placed an order with this company as they promised delivery in 7-10 days; however reality is do not expect to be contacted regarding delays to delivery; phoned company twice following up on delivery where promises were made to contact us which they failed to honour; three weeks later and third phone call they now state the motorised element for the blinds won’t fit both our windows and want us to accept an inferior solution - do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere - Hillary Blinds here we come.

After calling village blinds out for a curtain solution as we have a young child they recommended into blinds, it was quite an outlay but we decided if it was going to black out the bedrooms it could be worth it. We got a phone call to say they couldn’t do into blinds but could do push fit blinds. I understand you can never black out completely but these let light in everywhere and are a lot cheaper made than the push fit blinds we had installed already. Very flimsy, plastic looks cheap and still a tonne of light comes in. A very costly lesson indeed.

I got a recommendation to use Village Blinds to cut 1 inch of PVC vertical blinds I had bought from a.n.other blind company(bought them online). Village blinds (Andy) were very accommodating, and were able to do this request at short notice. I can’t thank them enough for doing this small job and at a good price. I will use Village blinds in the future, as opposed to online retailers due to the wrong specification of blinds that were delivered and..near impossible to send back without incurring postage costs at my expense. To anyone reading this, I would highly recommend using this small company

Fantastic service!!! Andy from village blinds came straight out when I told him my old blinds were causing the sunlight to stream in early morning with light nights and in turn me and my newborn we're suffering sleep wise. As this is my first property i have never had to purchase blinds before so didn't have a clue what I was looking for! Andy was so helpful in helping us choose the perfect product with his outstanding knowledge of the products.
