Great service from the guys. No boiler working, called them before lunch responded to to the call, turned up to take a look at the end of the day. Diagnosed fault and the part was ordered the next day. The following day first thing it was fitted and boiler back in operation. I wasn’t a customer, but I am now. The fact they picked up my call was a great start and their support just got better. Thank you.

We had a oil boiler breakdown. We hadn’t used Cleaves before but they attended the day we contacted them, resolved and repaired the issue very efficiently and a very good standard of repair.
