We have a issue with a product. they say its the supplier fault. refusing a refund as it's past the 14 days and it's under warranty so it's down go the supplier. so now we have a bathroom that has no light and are having to use a torch..

I happen to stumble across this Lighting Superstore when looking for a new bathroom light. I was so impressed with the service, price, how well the light was packaged, and timescales. That even though hadn’t… planned to change other lights with the choice ended up doing other rooms. Even though one was delayed due to the manufacture I was kept up to date. All the other lights were packaged well and great price. The service again excellent.

Once again superb service from the super store and their team, just brilliant support, but I must also thank the manufacturer. I required some parts for our much loved and admired by many Muni-Lamp. the Team… and the manufactuer we on it, kept me informed constantly of update and delivery dates. They even went to the trouble of checking our order before dispatch and noticed the manufacturer and boxed wrong and very rapidly indeed dealt with it and we now have our lamp with its 100% sparkle. *Be careful*....will not be flexible with returns if you are not within the 14 days ! I was outside the 14 dates due to a medical emergency and they refused the return or exchange and the reason they gave was "the item is not a big seller and will just remain in stock if we took it back..." this was despite the fact that I had ordered around £400 of products. They were quick enough to take my money but my experience was that's where they stop caring about the customer experience. Poor form guys !!!!
NOTE TO OWNER: THE REASON YOU GAVE FOR REFUSING MY RETURN WAS THAT THE ITEM IS NOT A BIG SELLER
