I must say, and am happy to be quoted, what excellent service. I had written off getting the crystal but I am really pleased you persevered despite, as my son told me, the factory burning down. I added the crystal string to the light and this one fitted perfectly. I half expect the Ark of the Covenant to open somewhere as it slotted perfectly into place.

Have passed this shop on the way to work all week and spotted a beautiful lamp through the window. Drove the 50 mile round trip today to buy it. However, completely blanked by the guy in the shop, not so much as a look up and say hello so we walked out having given plenty of opportunity. Is it any wonder people buy on line if shops like this can’t even show general courtesy?

Excellent lighting choices, great customer service; reasonable prices. We came across Fusion Lighting in Dorchester, whilst looking for fresh ideas for our kitchen and dining space. Paul's friendly customer service and non-pushy advice, helped us navigate our way through the wonderfully eclectic range of light fittings, pendants, even clocks! We bought two wall lights at our first visit, together with some smart bulbs (which were an eye opener, in terms of the ligthing possibilities that open up, with a simple bulb). We came back a few weeks later to choose three more ceiling pendants to go over

Located Paul’s shop whilst on holiday near Dorchester. Good selection of quality lights. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful which led to us purchasing a pendant light on returning home.. The transaction and delivery was outstanding. We now have a beautiful pendant light above our dining table which we are very happy with. Would highly recommend Paul and his business.

Found the most gorgeous lights for our hallway online at Fusion Lighting. I really wanted to look before I purchased, so I rang the shop. Paul ordered the lights for me, called me to say they were in and even offered to deliver! No payment up front required even though I offered. We went to the shop to collect and Paul directed us to the parking area at the back. Good old fashioned service in this most difficult of times. Would highly recommend. We have just put the lights up (been renovating our bungalow) and I have posted the photos. Lights are absolutely beautiful!

Brilliant, the service was so good! Paul really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect lights for our new home.... can't thank him enough. I literally had no clue when it came to lighting and it was so useful for someone to give professional information on installation and what type of lighting gives the best impact.

This really is the best lighting shop! The shop itself has a comprehensive display of different styles of light and a good array of catalogues which Paul ably helps you to navigate. After months of searching Paul helped me to find exactly what I wanted. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Fusion Lighting and even though I live in London, I intend to return for more lamps when I've completed my redecoration project.

Setting up a new business in Poundbury, it was important to me that I bought from local businesses. Paul couldn't have been more helpful (even when I was stressed). He came up to the unit, brought samples with him, and made suggestions about the lighting that I adopted. He even bought one of the pendant lights for me to be sure that it was what I wanted, before I bought all 5. Thrilled with the finish - and I get lots of lovely feedback about the overall look of the place. Fusion know they are not the cheapest - but the added service was worth the extra. Thank you.
