Services
Every one of our handmade custom sofas is designed and constructed from scratch by a highly talented furniture specialist with many years of experience. Whiteman Interiors uses the very highest quality materials when producing sofas. Solid metal or timber frames get paired with premium fabric and leather coverings in your choice of material.
Our skilled restoration craftsman has expertise in all types of furniture repair, including both modern and antique pieces. We can attempt to match the existing frame and upholstery as closely as possible, or give your furniture a new lease of life with an updated design of your choice. We aim to follow all the same techniques and materials used in the original construction of the furniture.

As part of a complete downstairs refurbishment following an extension we wanted to have sofas that would fit our living space and suit our aesthetic requirements. We ordered 2 sofas, footstools and cushions from Chris who was extremely helpful from start to finish. We visited his workshop and decided on the firmness of the cushions as well as the fabric. The end result are sofas that are extremely well built and manufactured locally rather than being shipped around the world. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the end product and would highly recommend Whiteman Interiors.

I first used Whiteman Interiors to make a sofa for my back room which is without doubt the most comfortable and stylish sofa we have ever owned. 3 1/2 years later, when our sofa needed replacing in our front room there was no question where we were getting it from!! We now have two bespoke sofas which we have received so many compliments on. The quality is spectacular and Chris is so reliable and helped us with our fabric/style choices etc. I cannot recommend this company enough!! Thank you Chris!

I first used Chris 3 years ago when he built banquet sitting in our new kitchen area. His in depth knowledge and eye for detail was spot on. Since then I been back and he has done our new dining room chairs, corner sofa in our lounge and we are delighted with it all.
