The new tile collection is inspired by the properties, gardens, coastlines and countryside that are cared for by the National Trust.

The other place I spoke to ... "Minimum order is 5 metres squared ... no can't help you ... bye.". Tim at Artisans not only sorted me out a small order with good grace, he worked out a cheaper way to ship it to save me some money. Great customer service. When I have a bigger order to place, I know who I'll call...

Poor customer service after buying tiles with Artisan. The limestone tiles I bought and finally received after a wrong delivery was made initially, were not to the quality shown on the website. Blotches and marks on the tiles I received were not shown on any website pictures.
Very upsetting company to deal with. So much so I that I felt I should share my poor experience.
