This is why we created our online quote tool, to help give our customers a fixed price quote via an online heating engineer. There's no need for a home survey either.

If your boiler is broken and you're without hot water and heating, we will aim to get your new boiler installed in as little as 48 hours from accepting our fixed-price quote. If your boiler is still in good working order but getting old and needs replacing, we will aim to have your new boiler installed within a week or sooner if required.

You can pay in almost any way you like from cash and BACS to a range of finance plans which include Buy Now Pay Later 0% APR options and 9.9% low interest options. Gas Safe Accreditation is the hallmark for gas safety in the UK. An installer must be on the Gas Safe Register to be legally allowed to work on your boiler or any other gas appliances in your home.

Phoned Liam about a small leak from the overflow pipe coming from my boiler. He called back and arranged to have it fixed the same day. Fantastic service would highly recommend Liam and his team.

We got a new boiler fitted by Liam 2 weeks
ago. Liam and his Team did a good job.
Liam was very helpful and managed to fit the job in as quickly as possible as we had no heating or hot water.

Telephoned Boiler Genie and Andy came out same day to give us a quote for installation of new combi boiler, removal of old back boiler, water cylinder and fire.
Competitive quote and he also said engineers would install our newly purchased hall radiatior for us at the same time.
Job was completed in one day.
We are very happy overall with installation and all aspects of the job from start to finish.

We had a new boiler fitted a few months ago in our home in Glasgow and it's working really well. Absolutely no issues with it's performance. So why the low score? The finishing touches are really rough and will need a fair amount of work done to make it presentable. A new electrical switch, linked to the boiler, was installed which has a hole above it ranging across the width of the swich unit with the cables going through the centre of the hole for connecting to the switch. This switch unit is also located in such a way that it spans the boiler and a kitchen wall unit making it difficult to hide

Had Liam out today for annual boiler service. Arrived on time in spite of the snow. Good efficient, friendly service. Nice guy actually. Boiler was supplied and installed by Boiler Genie 2 years ago. Very pleased with boiler performance and customer service ever since.

Had an emergency over Christmas . The Boiler Genie Guys came out straight away .
The boiler was going to be expensive to repair so I decided to go for a new boiler .
It was installed within 2 days and I’ve got to say I’m very happy with the installation and the pay monthly option I chose .
