KJT Builders LTD in Portsmouth has been established for over 20 years, during which time we have successfully completed a wide variety of building and carpentry projects, ranging from extensions to new builds and refurbishments. At KJT Builders we offer you the same options and extras as with a loft conversion with regards to a 'New Build'. We will offer you the same design to completion package and we specialise in Timber frame construction, modern and traditional builds. The most important critical stage in the creation of a new home is in fact the design.
At KJT Builders we know that an extension to your home should be a natural complement to the original design and should blend in with the surrounding houses. We take great care in choosing the materials that we will use to match the existing dwelling. Before we purchase any key items such as bricks, roof tiles etc we always provide samples to receive your authorisation prior to ordering.
At KJT Builders we offer a range of double glazed windows to suit every property, with windows available in a range of styles, materials, sizes and shapes. We can even fit double glazed tilt and turn mock sash style windows to replace existing traditional sash and case units that have deteriorated in condition over time.
At KJT Builders we offer a complete range of conservatory designs, in different styles, and using different high-quality materials. We can build custom designed conservatories, giving you more control over the appearance and construction of your conservatory. You can customise the conservatory roof, windows and doors, as well as installing conservatory heating or fans.
