Mark came and fixed our backdoor with incredible levels of professionalism. Initially he said we needed a £200 replacement part but after further inspection he realised he could take it apart and repair it, ending in him only charging for his (very high quality) labour.

I couldn't recommend Rob more. We moved into the area and needed our locks changed as soon as possible. Rob booked us in the next day and was efficient and knowledgeable and offered advice on other areas of home security. He is also just a blooming nice guy and gave us tips about the area (we tried the Chinese - thanks Rob!). Will absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Found Rob's company on a Google search. He was so personable, professional and really reassuring. After a "cowboy locksmith" dealt with me that morning, it was great to call out a decent person who gave me a really good service at an even lower price. I immediately recommended him to someone needing their locks changed in an emergency, and will definitely recommend him again.

Called Securehomes security as we managed to lock ourselves out the house!
Mark was on another job but said he would be as quick as he could.
He arrived and opened the door quickly, no damage no gimmicks no nonsense. Job done.
We arranged for all our locks to be changed to a keyed alike system so one key fits all.
The parts were ordered and Mark came by and fitted them all, 6 in total. One lock had a slight manufacturing issue but Mark explained in detail what it was and he made a temporary fix until a replacement could be ordered from the supplier.
Mark then revisited and changed this lock
