I had a jammed garage door with lock that hadn't worked in the 7 months since I moved in. I texted pictures and Duncan said it looked like an average repair and probably wouldn't need any parts. He came over and fixed it - repair only, no parts needed. Also gave me advice about maintenance. Would highly recommend to anyone with garage door issues.

Spoke with Duncan from GDR&S who was very informative over the phone giving me an indication of the estimated cost to repair my garage door. He very kindly came on Saturday afternoon, on his day off, to repair my door and charged me even less than the original estimate. How many tradesmen do you know that would do that. Very impressed and now wouldn't use anyone else for servicing/repairing my garage door.

We have used Duncan Brock's company twice in recent years for repairs and found him punctual, helpful, efficient and charging very reasonable prices. This contrasts with another firm which I had approached first; they insisted that I needed replacement parts and work done which was completely wrong. They were either ignorant or immoral.
