Always lovely to be recommended a company by a friend and Heritage Stone exceeded our expectations.
Over an 18 month period the brilliant Angus and his team were so very helpful with our rebuild. Initially we were just looking at tiles for our two bathrooms. In the end we used them throughout - our kitchen, hall, boot room and last but not least the garden.
Angus was always at the other end of the phone - even one particularly late night when I did a complete u turn on the kitchen!! They kept everything within budget and the whole team were so positive and professional

We purchased stone from Heritage Stone Company and accepted an estimate and payment terms to install, including a 40% deposit. Immediately after acceptance, Heritage Stone changed payment terms demanding more money up front when work began, and then told their subcontractor to stop work after 3 days, leaving live electrical wires exposed on site. Having spent £50,000, they refused to replace damaged slabs. Our solicitor advises us they are in clear breach of contract and our statutory consumer rights. Their denials and excuses are constant. Having travelled all the way from Birmingham to come and visit The Heritage Stone Company's showroom we were not disappointed. A wonderful selection of different tiles and slabs in natural stone, porcelain and decretive options all in one place. The showroom staff were very helpful and informative. All our order for over 180 m2 of tiles arrive on time and as promised. Great price and fantastic service. Will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

My company Shropshire stone and Granite has collaborated on dozens of projects over many years with the Heritage Stone Company. We supply traditional masonry but do not have an in house fitting team, and have turned to Angus and his team at HSC as our fitters of choice time and again. We have never had cause for complaint, indeed compliments on timeliness, cleanliness and workmanship are very much the norm. Total pleasure dealing with Angus. Was sent a couple of free samples (in eco-packaging). Excellent quality tiles. Had seen them cheaper elsewhere; Angus bettered their price, and best of all is happy to store them for me for several months (!!!!) as my project has been delayed, and I have no room for them now, but wanted to get the sale price. Honestly, service does not get any better than this.

I cannot praise Heritage Stone enough. Rarely do you get what it says on the package but with this Company you do.
From the initial visit to the completed kitchen I experienced nothing but excellence. Angus was knowledgable, polite and super efficient and instilled confidence that one would get a superior product. He was right.. Every step of the project was delivered exactly as promised.
I cannot recommend them enough.

We are really pleased with the advice, the product and the laying of our new floor. The quality of the tiles makes such a difference compared with the poor quality of tiles that were laid by the builder. Heritage stone were responsive and helpful throughout and Dave and Angus were a life savers in responding to us suddenly being without a floor just before Christmas. So we had Christmas with a great new floor instead of dusty concrete! I can't thank you both enough!

I found Angus and Amanda from Heritage Stone Company invaluable in advising me of my new limestone flooring for my kitchen, dining room and hallway. I had been to another supplier but found that Heritage Stone provided a very personable service which was very knowledgeable and I felt they truly looked after me throughout the process of choosing to fitting the tile floors.
