Absolutely disgusting service. Waited over 9 months for stock to arrive. Was finally told my order was now in stock and that I needed to pay the remaining 50% for delivery the following week. Paid the balance immediately over the phone. What a surprise no delivery the following week. Tried again for weeks to get hold of someone. Finally Nicki answered my call and agreed to refund my money. 2 months later still no refund. No one answers the phone and no one returns my email. I’ve been nothing but polite and patient with this company. All the excuses about Covid and big company destroying a small

I have no hesitation in recommending Elements Home & Garden. The products are quite simply best in class. The Sunbrella technology takes garden furniture to a different level. Dirt can be blasted off with the garden hose whilst the cushions are durable and remain "living room soft".
In terms of designs, we toured around a few companies but it is a fact that Elements Home & Garden have the best range, and I include the big Dept Stores in that comment.

Would be zero starts if system allowed it. Waiting for April for a delivery that we paid for. Impossible to reach anyone by telephone and no updates by email. Finally got a promise of a delivery today and guess what - nothing came. They list 5 extension numbers and the only one that answers is sales because it is routed to Ella's Mobile. Next stop the county court.

We bought table place Matt’s, matching coaster and chairs. The chairs turned up and coasters but have just spent the last two years chasing the table matts. All I see in these reviews is true, the girls rude, they don’t come back, they don’t care and seem to have an issue with moral compass. Hey ho what goes around!

Ordered two Kingston stools from there web site waited 2 months for delivery which was fine.
When they turned up cushions a different colour to what the pictures on the website said waited 4 weeks to see if they would change them never got a reply eventually said I wanted a refund as waited so long. Again waited 5 weeks and told it would be sorted I said the stools needed picking up lady on the phone said don’t worry we will sort it out. No Surprise nothing happened. Rang again and said refund would be completed in 5 working days again nothing happened rang Tuesday or this week and told accounts

We ordered a furniture set in March 2021 and received 17th September !!!
The lead time was for August so we knew this but the lack of communication and updates were disgusting, no-one calls you back, eventually had to visit the shop and complain.. go to the big suppliers direct - Maze , Alexander Rose etc the service has to be better than we got

I dnt normally do reviews but was so shocked by the attitude of lady at the bluewater store today, ordered something that was 2 weeks for delivery, never arrived no one called, I visited the shop 4 times before they would refund. The main problem is the attitude of the lady (owner) as she so proudly told me. Reading reply’s to other reviews you can tell which ones she responded to. Disgusted at the way we have been treated. Would defo not recommend very helpful when taking your order just can’t be bothered with any problems.

Bought a parasol & was assured it was in stock & delivery would be 1-2 weeks. After a month of chasing they finally delivered the wrong one without the cover I’d purchased. The lady on their orders line was extremely polite & tried to help, but there has been no follow up from anyone within their customer service teams.
A real shame as we loved the Bluewater store & left with a list of things to purchase later. Sadly we’ll now have to go to one of the big online retailers.

We ordered some thousands of pounds worth of garden furniture from the store in Bishop Stortford in April 2021, which we payed in full and yet still not received our delivery. After many times trying to contact them by phone and visiting the store we have received no clear updates for delivery. Every time we try to call we either get no answer or they would tell us they would get back and they never do. We were finally told delivery would be mid July but again no delivery and no courtesy call with an update.
