We are fully insured, and accredited to the latest City & Guilds qualifications to the most recent British Standards, ensuring that we carry out all work to a professional manner, whilst having an honest approach. Services
Hire a qualified person to carry out an inspection to check that the electrical installations in their rental properties comply with the 2018 edition of the Institute of Engineering and Technology wiring regulations. If the report identifies a breach, further investigations must be carried out within 28 days of the inspection, or within a shorter period if specified.

This is the second time we've used SEHC at two properties, both times we've been really impressed with the service provided.
We installed a new consumer unit, making necessary arrangements on our behalf with Western Power for an element of the installation. He completed a fixed wiring test, advising necessary safety measures and installed a lot of plug sockets!
We've booked Stuart to install a second consumer unit and oil filled radiators.

Stuart was friendly and professional. He did quite a few jobs for us which included boxing off two old lights, fitting a new outside light, fitting a new lounge pendant light and fitting two new bedroom lights with dimmer switches. He had a great knowledge of what he was doing and was very clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for any future electrical work or recommend him to any family/friends. Thank you again!

Excellent service and workmanship and very reasonable pricing. Stuart has done a number of jobs for me including a full rewire to our bungalow, a new kitchen extension wiring install and most recently installed outdoor sockets in our garden. I have always found him to be very knowledgeable of the different products and options on the market and he is always able to find a solution for any problems. Will definitely be using again and would 100% recommend to anyone needing any kind of electrical work.

Superb service and value for money. We asked five different electrical companies to solve a challenging light switch problem - and Stuart was the only one who came up with an effective, inexpensive solution that did not require lifting of floorboards! Follow-up support was excellent too and we intend using SEHC Electrical Services for all our electrical work in the future.
