I purchased a Carron bath some time ago and did not get to install it until now. In the meantime I misplaced fittings. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. They sorted out my difficulty immediately which they did not have to due to my own mistake. I must commend David Gibson of Technical & Customer Services for doing a fantastic job. 12yrs after buying my 2nd bath from Carron (first was at my previous house) We've decided to remodel the bathroom again. On removing the bath we realised it was still in brilliant condition with the exception of a broken bracket holding the support arm underneath and a broken rubber foot.
I contacted Carron Bathrooms in Falkirk direct to be told these fittings were now obsolete and no longer available. However she said let me check the factory. Later I received an email from Lynn to say she'd sourced the parts I needed and popped them into a padded envelope. Today I received a full set which allows

Fantastic service.
Bought a Carron Quantum Carronite Bath And Panel.
Had a small problem with the panel, James from Carron came to my house to get on his hands and knees literally to rectify the issue even though we think it was caused by the installer possibly and was not a a manufacturer issue.
The actual product is fantastic but the customer service is what reallt stood the company out to me.
