I rented from here a long time ago, 2000-2002 and it was a very nice place, quiet, solitary living and very memorable. I couldn't believe how the time had passed when it was time to go and since now. The pictures still look the same and well kept still. I only give three stars because i had a vehicle and they hadn't given me a parking pass for it yet. So i parked in my designated parking spot and they clamped me. They refuse to open the clamp without paying so i had to pay 70 quid in my own parking spot. I still have the 35mm pictures of the clamping and the bloke removing it and was surely crossed

I had used Carlton Gate for a few years since i purchased the property off them in 2012 and decided to use them to let my flat out while i moved to manchester. The agent is on a site and deal with a number of flats. The service they give is ok to tenants but the service they provide to landlords is terrible.
