Had a busted blind so found this company on Facebook. Very fast service from measure to fit one week. No frills or heavy selling tactics which was good. Fitted mine today and so far so good. Hope they last the 15 years my hilarys blinds lasted. One thing to be aware of is that if you want more than the lowest quality louvres then it could cost more for one blind than the 3 blinds advertised deal on Facebook.

Met a lovely man who came round to measure, couldn't be any nicer.
I then asked to be close to first job of the day on the day of the fitting, initially told between 10am and 2pm, for personal reasons, it was my birthday, have an 18 month old that needs to nap, feed etc etc. To get a phone call. At 1.15pm, when I had to go out to feed my child (brand new house being decorated again nothing in) who told me they would be there in 20 mins, I asked him half an hour, he then said I can come between 3 and 4, I asked for a phone call 20mins before. I rang him at 4.15, he told me an hour. Not impressed

Found these guys on Facebook after looking for a full house of vertical blinds. I saw their offer online and called their number. A lovely guy came round to give me a quote for all the blinds within a week of calling and gave me a price I was happy with. He had lots of colours and patterns to choose from but I went with plain white as we rent so just wanted something basic. The guy went through each room and asked me how I wanted them, whether I wanted them to draw from the right, left or in the middle, etc and all was done. I thought £232 for a full house of blinds (8 in total) was very reasonable

Came to do a quote for 3 verticals. Came to £60 more than the 3 for £79 offer they advertise but didn't specify why. Was willing to pay for them but wanted to know what extra I was getting for the money. Asked via messenger again to be told the quotes hadn't come back yet which was 2 days after the visit but they would contact once they came in. This was 2 weeks ago. Won't be waiting around forever so have gone elsewhere. Really poor customer service
