Services
We aim to deliver (subject to availability) within 24 - 48 hours, however in more remote locations this may vary. Items ordered after 1 pm may take an extra day. Items ordered after 5 pm will be processed at 8 am the next morning. However, for your convenience, you can order 24 hours a day. Certain products which we order directly from the manufacturers may take 3 - 5 working days.
In the unlikely event that delivery has not been possible, a full refund will be issued. The same applies if any items turn up Damaged or Faulty, we will also arrange for it to be collected or exchanged free of charge. Where goods are returned a restocking fee may be applicable (this excludes any items that were delivered, wrong, damaged or faulty).

Pros - Cheap prices and quick delivery.
Cons - Lack of communication - no advance notice of delivery date. It seems that they regenerate the order with their supplier, since the delivery didnt match my order but matched their paperwork so check delivery carefully.
Also when then ask about access they mean can they get a 25 ton truck to your property.
