Georgio's Boilers have been serving the Southend, Leigh and Essex area for more than 10 years. Covering most of the Essex region, we carry out all types of boiler, plumbing and gas services for domestic homes and businesses. From emergency leak repairs to boiler servicing, central heating overhauls to tap replacements, there isn't a plumbing job that we don't carry out.
A Combi Boiler provides both heat and hot water upon demand. The Boiler is connected to the mains water supply and is able to send mains pressurised hot water to your central heating system (radiators) and hot water outlets (baths, taps and showers). If you have a Combi Boiler you will not have a hot water cylinder or tank.
Everything we do is designed to solve your issues with the minimum amount of stress and hassle. We offer a variety of ways to pay, including finance options to suit everyone* (subject to credit approval). Each and every property we visit all differ slightly, this is why we send our in-house, Gas Safe Registered surveyor to your home for FREE, to understand your requirements and expectations regarding a new boiler.
Some models are programmed to adjust to Greenwich Mean Time and British Summer Time automatically. Most models feature a battery back-up which will remember your settings during a power cut. The only exception is our fascia mounted MT10 Mechanical Timer, which would require a simple adjustment following a power cut.

We have used Georgio’s for years and we will continue to do so. They’re extremely helpful, this time round, they managed to get all work (there was a lot) booked in quickly keeping in mind our moving in day. Which we are really appreciative of, thanks to Kelly at the office who arranged it all. Luke who completed the work was efficient and speedy and taking great care at the same time. Luke was approachable and really helpful I felt I could ask all questions I needed ask. Nothing was too much trouble, he even gave advice on something non related to the work being done. The Electrician Dan was also really Helpful and efficient I could ask him anything and he answered even explaining in depth so I could understand. The team have always been friendly and professional. Communication was great also from start to finish.

My boiler went on the blink a few weeks before Christmas I phoned Georgios Boilers for a quote on new boiler spoke to Kelly new everything wonderfull lady, was booked to have new boiler on 10th Jan but it packed up day after Boxing day phoned them even though it was bank holiday they phoned me back and said they would fit it on the 4th Jan 2 guys arrived

Can't rate these chaps highly enough, had an ancient boiler that had finally given up the ghost, been messed about by various other traders and as a result had been without heating and hot water for 9 months. Georgios were a breath of fresh air from initial contact and quote to completion of the job. Good, professional tradies with the right attitude, tidy workers and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely use again!

From the time I first contacted them, the office staff were extremely helpful, friendly and replied to my messages very quickly. As my heating was not working, they arranged for my replacement boiler to be fitted as soon as possible. The engineers Gary and Luke were friendly, polite and extremely clean and tidy workers and I was very impressed with the neatness of the installation.
I do not normally leave reviews but felt that not doing so would be a dis-service to this company, such was my level of satisfaction with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a heating

Outstanding customer service -every single person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and they went the extra mile to send someone out as quickly as possible when my boiler broke. Both engineers that came out were brilliant -incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use their services again.

Called after getting a flyer through the door. Very polite and bubbly person booked me in for a standard boiler service. Engineer turned up early, wore a mask throughout, friendly and professional. Was done in under an hour with zero fuss and no attempt to sell anything additional. These guys give the industry a great name. Would definitely use again and would recommend. Offered cash for payment but was advised that the office would send invoice. Very friendly and helpful office staff took payment over the phone. Great service all round.

I found the whole team from office staff to installers, professional, friendly and supportive, from start to finish they made sure that I understood what was going on, they advised on what boiler, sourced all radiators, including an upright one to fit a specific space and even arranged for someone to come and fit the kitchen radiator once other works and been completed which was several week later. I am very satisfied with this service.
