Caused burn damage to our conservatory carpet during the replacement of our conservatory roof. Unfortunately they refused to accept responsibility for this damage and will not reply to my emails. Very disappointing after sales service. I will be taking this up with the consumer protection association.

The description of the work carried out by your company that you have provided here is not accurate.
The removal of the existing roof was undertaken by your install team using power hacksaws as they needed to cut through the heavy duty bolts and screws which fixed the roof together

I highly recommend Carter Glass Double Glazing. They are an all round "quality" firm, in my opinion. Their doors and windows are excellent and good value for money. Everyone on the team has been a pleasure to deal with and the installers were some of the tidiest workmen I have used. We did our homework before selecting Carter Glass and certainly made the right choice. They are brilliant.

Absolutely first class.
We've just had our entire house reglazed with the Signature range of doors and windows and noticed the benefits immediately in terms of heat and sound insulation.
The workmen were exceptionally clean and tidy ... and even touched up a bit of my own DIY ... well worth the cost of the odd bacon sandwich and cups of tea!!! :-)
Price wise, everything was more than competitive and a lot less cheaper than the larger local companies.
We were concerned about having everything done in January because of the weather, but the efficiency of the guys installing the windows meant
