Personally I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but trying to deal with these guys was the strangest retail experience I’ve had.
It was like I was an inconvenience ordering a reasonable amount of trellis.
No phone call to say it was ready, only accepting cash and very rude and unhelpful staff.
The products are good, but the service and help was absolutely terrible, I think they need to learn how to look after their customers.

Bought from them previously so went back to buy local ... pleased with product but customer service leaves a lot to be desired...very rude spoke to someone called Paul !! Customer service skills course desperately needed

Couldn't have been more unhelpful... Stood around waiting for somebody to speak to... When we did, he didn't seem interested in making a sale.
The office was filthy with paperwork strewn everywhere.

I've used these for years. Much better quality and value than the big chains. If you want non standard size fencing or trellis they will make them up for you.

Helpful knowledgeable advice. I have super quality that you don't find in b&q.

What a strange experience.
Went there to enquire about the cost of a shed; the impression I formed was that I was doing them a favour by potentially giving them business.
Rude and patronising would be the best way to describe my treatment by the individuals working here.
Always ask myself the question “would I use this company?” Based on this experience, absolutely not!
