From the initial enquiry, the prompt site survey, the competitive quote and the efficient installation, Spheretech have provided a thoroughly professional service. Although the installation was delayed by the national lockdown, they came to install at the earliest opportunity when restrictions were lifted. The installers were polite and good-humoured and worked around us with full regard to social-distancing, tidying up after themselves so you would hardly know they had been there if it wasn’t for the wonderful air-conditioning they left behind. Absolutely delighted with the flawless service

I have had a system installed in 2 bedrooms and lounge, after much complication during the installation, which has nor been used since installed last year.
Went to use it about 3 weeks ago and found that it heated the rooms not cooled them.
Phoned service department and was told someone would phone me back.
3 days later no call so I called again.
This time I was told the 2 service engineers were on holiday and would be back the following week when I would be called to arrange a service visit . 2 weeks later , no call. I'm about to try once again. Wish me luck.
