My chimney hasn't been sweep for a long time so I was expecting the worse. However the experience was quite pleasant. He arrived at the time agreed, came straight in efficient, professional, no fuss, no mess, no faffing around. Not chatty but very informative when asked for advice. Provided National Association of Chimney Sweeps certificate which is important for insurance. A credit to the Guild of Sweeps. Will definately be using them in future.
