Poor service. On receiving a quote I noticed there was no breakdown of the price, just a list of jobs that they were prepared to do for the price. When I tried to negotiate the price by email they failed to respond, despite two calls asking them to respond to my email. Only when I informed them that they had provided a bad service did they contact me, and then told me the price was non-negotiable. If your quotes are non-negotiable - say so on your quote. They also failed to suggest a solution to a plumbing 'difficulty' my bathroom has - when another plumber was able to, which makes me question

Did a damp course on our house, work was ok. The plasterer insisted on coming at the break of dawn to suit his day as he had to travel from portaferry but that wasn't too bad we had to work anyway.
Rang them to get more work done and to check a patch of damp that had come back, was told someone should get back to me......no one did. After about a month of calls and 'yes it'll be next week the work will start', and giving my number countless times no one ever called with a start date or even to call to say they couldn't do it.
Absolute disgrace and completely unprofessional.
