Richard rang me on the day of posting my job as I messages couple he come to mine on the day at short notice as I wouldn't be there during the week.
This was no problem and he came out of his way to get to mine. From start to finish he was professional and courteous. Cleaned up after the job was complete and also completed the job to a high standard. If I have any more work or have friends that need work I will definitely be recommending him and thanks very much Richie.

I cannot comment on Dan's work as we did not get that far. A few days after agreeing on a price for plastering all ceilings in the house and shaking hands, I asked Dan when he would be available to start (no time restrictions from our side and totally flexible) only to receive a response that he would not be able to do the job at all due to a "personal circumstance that has arisen". If asked I wouldn't be able to recommend Dan as we were let down by his unprofessional behaviour. Others may have had better luck but that was our experience.
