Doors of Distinction has been supplying and fitting beautiful and secure doors since 1987 to residential properties and trades. We mainly supply Timber Doors but we are also able to supply UPVC Composite and Aluminium Doors. We can source and supply a large range of doors including front and rear entrances, internal room doors, cupboard doors, bi-folding doors, patio doors, french doors and room dividers.
Door pairs, or double doors as they are often known as, really do add a touch of style and class to a home. If you would like to fit a first-class door pair, we would recommend considering Rebated Meeting Stiles. Rebating means removing a section along the vertical edge of each door where they meet to allow them to fit snugly together, eliminating the small gap that you would see with square meeting stiles (two doors fitted side by side).
All of our doors can be used for a wardrobe or cupboard door, it just depends on the size you need. Use our search facility to search for the size you need to see what door you could have. Can't find a door you like in your size? No worries, we can get one custom made for you to your exact design and size requirements.
Any glazed door can have a variety of glass, it doesn't have to have what it's advertised with. Traditional or contemporary living can be enhanced with individual touches such as using coloured glass or etched glass. Welcome your guests with striking designs of random shapes or chosen images by combining leaded window design and coloured glass for your front door.
We understand that finding the perfect door can be tricky, that is why we pride ourselves on being able to offer bespoke internal doors. I usually don't like to write any reviews, but this time it is the exception. It is really hard to get through to customer cervice team. We placed the order a week ago, nobody even didn't give us the order number and the email address was taken incorrectly. They didn't bother to contact and double check why the email is bouncing back to them. I wish it could be the biggest fault. When we placed an order we have been promised that they should receive the items by the end of the week to their warehouse and they will contact us to arrange a delivery, so that we will receive our items within two weeks

I needed 6 internal fire doors. Looked around the internet and called them as I liked their website. I spoke to Martin who was very knowledgeable to the point that I ordered different doors that met my door frame spec which was vital as I could have ordered the wrong doors. ...and they were cheaper! He went through everything from the delivery side to the type of hinges I needed. The doors arrived when they were supposed to and they look spectacular. I’ve got the grooved panelled Sevilla fire doors which have now been hung and I’m delighted with how the look. They also reduce sound the tv’s

Doors of Distinction have terrible customer service. They promised delivery dates but did NOT deliver on the agreed time. We had to Keep chasing them to deliver.
It took three months to deliver my doors and every time I called they kept on saying delivery will take place next week but never arrived. Very irritating as I paid several call out charges to my carpenter. Eventually when the doors were delivered without prior warning of the delivery date and the drivers left the doors outside and didn’t take the doors inside the house.
The doors were outside as a lady I couldn’t take the doors
