Welcome to Kent Cleaning Solutions, providers of commercial cleaning services for all building types throughout Kent. Our very detailed cleaning schedule is used every time we clean a building, not just in the first month! In addition we carry out regular inspections. Alternatively you are welcome to pop in - Kent Cleaning Solutions is based in modern state of the art offices on the Maidstone Road that runs between Rochester and Maidstone, Kent.
We thought it would be useful if you knew how our services work - right from when you first contact us through to the ongoing management of your cleaning service. Once you have contacted us we come and visit you since it is easier to explain our services face to face. During this visit we will ask you about your current cleaning services and any problems you are encountering, and ask you to show us around the areas you would like cleaned.
The single most important question - any company is only as good as its staff - especially a company that is selling the services of its staff rather than a product. Look for cleaners that are trained in house by the contract cleaning company, at a minimum they should receive training on how to clean and health and safety.
Below are our pricing rates. These are based on the number of hours needed each week to carry out your cleaning. Please treat these as a guide only, as every business and premises have different requirements. However, based on our many years experience, the prices below are a good indication if you want a quick guide price to budget for outsourcing your cleaning.
