I am writing this in response to Frank Chorely’s review of my company.
I’m sorry to write this about a customer but this man is coward and a liar.
I’ll attempt to answer each of his alleged complaints in turn.
• I never let him down twice, in fact originally I was contracted to remove a Scots Pine as well as the hedge trimming. Mr Chorley cancelled the tree removal the day before we were supposed to carry out the work causing me financial loss.
• Even if I was 40 minutes late I knew the job arranged could be finished in a day so why would this be of any convenience.

Unreliable service. He rearranged the job twice and eventually, after arriving 40 minutes late, took all day to trim three hedges. Disappeared next door to have a look at a job they wanted doing whilst in the middle of working on my garden then disappeared for an hour during the day and then didn’t complete the job to my satisfaction. When asked to reduce the height of one hedge I was told that it was ‘a chain saw job and I offered this cheap anyway’ - even after having come to view the job and quoting a price. Would certainly not recommend this service.
