Marble Construction started out as a small family run business. Founded in 2007 by brothers Luke and Darren Maunders. The vision was to create a building company based on the principles of the stone itself. Solid, strong and reliable. A product that with enough care, time and attention to detail can be shaped and polished into something incredible.
After the first year Marble Construction began taking on the more challenging extension projects which soon became our area of expertise. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength building hundreds of extensions and lofts, always priding ourselves in our commitment to high quality standards.
Marble endeavour to employ the best people in our field. We have 5 dedicated teams run by highly experienced team leaders who manage every aspect of your build from electricians to plumbers and plasterers. We only use tradesman who we trust and have built a strong relationship with over the last 10 years.

We’ve used Marble Construction for two major projects on our house. Firstly a side extension, creating a beautiful master bedroom, dressing area and ensuite. The second was a rear extension, totally opening up the back of our house and making an open plan family kitchen, dining and living space. I would absolutely recommend Marble, they've helped us achieve the inside/outside space we had imagined and we couldn't be more pleased with it!

Marble were exemplary in managing and executing our loft extension. From the first steps of drawing up plans with the architect & applying for planning, right through to the final finishing touches-they we’re fantastic. Nothing like other building firms I’ve worked with previously. Everything was well organised, schedules were rigidly adhered to and no sneaky hidden costs. I have recommended them to many friends and wouldn’t use anyone else for any future projects.
