Services
We have extensive construction consultancy experience in a broad range of sectors and have worked on projects ranging in value from 30,000 to 35 million, in locations around the UK. As a multi-disciplinary consultancy, we offer an integrated approach to projects, including repairs, refurbishments as well as new build, extensions, and alterations.
Our dedicated team of RICS building surveyors offers clients professional, reliable advice on building maintenance and construction issues. We undertake general building surveying for local authorities, housing associations and corporate clients. Dilapidations and reports in connection with due diligence surveys and procurement and management of maintenance contracts.
As an established multi-disciplinary practice, we offer a comprehensive Employer's Agent service which combines our wide ranging project management experience and comprehensive cost consultancy expertise, enabling us to successfully deliver a project on behalf of our client. As Employer's Agents on a wide variety of public and private projects, our approach is always pro-active.
Our specialist teams have substantial experience in providing independent monitoring surveying (IMS) services to a variety of lenders. We employ professionally qualified monitoring surveyors who are able to provide high-quality advice tailored to the needs of each individual lender. Through discussions with the client, we will establish a 'scope of service' which will seek to mitigate the lender's risks.
Effective Cost Management through the appointment of a professional Quantity Surveyor is essential to any successful project. We provide clients with the highest degree of cost certainty possible at each stage of a project. When clients appoint our teams to cost manage their project they can be confident that they will be regularly appraised of the financial position.

I recently completed a NEBOSH Environmental course with CCAS.
The course was both interesting and well attended from a wide range of different businesses.
The level of instruction is exactly what is required to ensure students gain the right level of understanding. Barry and the team of instructors are highly experienced and are able to bring the subjects to life in an inclusive team building way which makes them all the more interesting.
I can most highly recommend CCAS to anyone who wants to gain H&S qualifications noatter what area of business you are in.
