An electrical installation condition report can be known by several names - fixed wire testing, periodic inspection, EICR, PIR. Whatever the name the goal is the same, to identify deterioration or defects within your electrical installation and assess its compliance with BS7671 electrical regulations.

Replaced faulty main switch.
Phil was able to fit us in within an hour, and then took only an hour to diagnose the source of the fault, collect and install a new main switch. He explained the problem, and did a very professional job. I would definitely use him again and recommend his services to others.

We frequently use PJC as our electricians at our industrial warehouse in Reading - they have done multiple, large scale electrical installs for us across both the manufacturing side & the offices. I have recently had an electrical survey completed and various faults found, two of which were serious. Jamie was thorough in his approach and explained the issues clearly. The remedial works were carried out with the same efficient approach and I am very pleased to now have a safe home. The office staff are a friendly bunch on the phone. The pricing was towards the top end of the quotes I received, but a fair price considering the service received from this company. I will be recommending to family and friends.
