We bought 3 blinds from Ivan about 5 years ago and the service was brilliant and the blinds have been great. A couple of days ago a tiny piece of the plastic winding 'chain' cracked. I emailed Ivan to ask if it could possibly be replaced and said I'd transfer whatever it cost. Ivan emailed straight back to say that he'd pop a couple of the pieces into the post ....no charge. How kind is that!!! Brilliant service and highly recommend 😃

Continued understanding for us during COVID Where we had to rearrange the fitting date..Excellent. Expertly fitted..excellent. There is a theme here. Excellent all round. Recommend!
